A little about me...

I'm a great teacher and practitioner. I started my journey studying massage therapy and although I didn't complete the program I ended with a degree in Political Science. That brought me to Asia for 6-years where I honed my teaching skills as a corporate ESL instructor is Central Tokyo. Having immersed myself in the far east I moved back to Canada and to Toronto to study to become a postural therapy teacher. While there I also began studying to be an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner.

Final Touches

We're just finishing the final touches on the studio here. I'm ready to take clients anytime.

I'm so excited to be back in Vancouver and really look forward to teaching people about the Mitzvah Exercise. I can't tell you what a difference regular practice of the Mitzvah has made in my life.
